If you experience 'Error code 1001', please contact the Frameo Support Team at support@frameo.net and include the following information:
- The serial-number of the frame. This is found on the back of your photo frame on a sticker (You can for example take a photo of the backside of the frame where this is visible).
- The peer-id of the frame. This should be visible on the red screen that you are seeing.
Our Support Team will examine your frame further and do their best to help you out.
